Target
One of the biggest clearance sales is on right now at Target – it’s so big, in fact, they’re calling it The Clearance Event. Clothing, shoes, toys, beauty, and other categories are marked down as much as 50% off in stores and online. Here are a few of the sections to peruse before the sale ends on January 11:
Holiday Clearance: This one is a no-brainer as stores and warehouses need to clear out holiday items as the season comes to a close. Decorations, gift tags, gift boxes, bows, wrapping paper, ribbon, and more are all marked down. These mini Christmas string lights for half off caught our eye and come in several colors.
Beauty and Personal Care: If you didn’t get properly pampered for Christmas, now is your chance to treat yourself. Make-up, bath products, and even deodorant and chapstick are on clearance. Some have holiday scents or packaging but they still work the same, right? Several gift sets have been marked down from $10 to $5 including this mini polish set with 10 different colors from Sugar Cookie (pale pink) to Jolly Holly (bright red).
Electronics: From TVs to tablets to cameras to smart home products, Target has discounted a ton of items in this category. Headphones and speakers have some especially good deals like Beats Solo 4 Bluetooth headphones for $99 marked down from $199.99
Walmart
Walmart’s clearance sale runs through January 8 and features over 1,000 items in some categories alone. Some of the biggest savings are in these popular sections:
Toys: Chances are your kiddos got plenty for Christmas, but if Santa missed out on something special – or they have a birthday coming up – there are some deep discounts to explore. This popular Huddle play couch is marked down to $50 from $149.
Clothing: From pajama sets to accessories to shoes, this category has savings to cover you head to toe. You can keep warm through winter with items like this pullover sweater marked down to $5.99 or start dreaming of summer with swim trunks marked down from $39.99 to $14.99.
Seasonal Decor: Staples of the season like storage boxes for ornaments and pre-lit artificial trees (up to 70% off), make perfect sense to buy at a discount and save for next year. But we can’t help thinking how good the marked-down inflatables would look in our yard. This cheery snowman was $69.99 but is now only $28.99.
Amazon
Of course, Amazon had to get in on the end-of-the-year hoopla with a Winter Sale boasting up to 40% off in categories from home to health to grocery to books. Amazon hasn’t said when this sale ends so don’t wait! With so many items on sale we’ve rounded a few of the steepest savings:
Apple AirTag 4-Pack: AirTags are typically $25+ a piece so this is the cheapest set we’ve come across at $69.99 making each AirTag under $18 a pop.
Keurig K-Express Single Serve Coffee Maker: This one is a bestseller for several reasons including the removable tank so you don’t have to refill every time and its space-saving size. Choose from Black, Island Berry (pictured), Mint, and Warm Stone to match your aesthetic for $59.99 marked down from $89.99.
Ninja Fit Personal Blender: If you’re trying to eat better in the new year, this one might be just perfect for you! Regularly $69.99, this sleek blender is marked down to $49.99.
Laura Geller New York Best of the Best Baked Palette: Featuring a bronzer, blush, two highlighters, and three eye shadows, this bestselling palette is marked down 42% to $40.
Don’t let these end-of-year deals slip through your fingers! Whether you’re shopping for practical items, personal treats, or gifts for loved ones, the discounts at Target, Walmart, and Amazon are simply too good to pass up. Take advantage of these limited-time offers and start 2025 feeling smart, savvy, and satisfied with your shopping wins.
