From Minis to Maxis—Let’s Talk About the Clothes

Taffeta Cropped Tank Top and High-Waised Taffeta Midi Skirt
Taffeta Cropped Tank Top and High-Waised Taffeta Midi Skirt

The only non-dress of the collection comes in two separate pieces – so you could mix-and-match this with other items – perhaps a pair of slacks for those who aren’t into dresses or skirts. The cropped tank tops are $24.99 with the matching skirts running $39.99. Pictured here in Black Jack, It also comes in Black Floral and Navy Dots. $64.98 for two pieces.

Reviews

So far reviews on the two-piece outfit are mixed. Happy customers noted how cute the set is for a fancy night out with good quality fabric. Others said they don’t find the material to be breathable and said it is noisy when moving around.

Bubble Mini Dress
Bubble Mini Dress

One of two mini dresses, this one looks impossibly comfortable with its relaxed fit and tie straps. The dress hits mid-thigh for a fun and flirty look – plus the straps can be adjusted to play with the length and your comfort. It’s pictured here in Bright Coral but also comes in Palest Blossom (light pink) and Black Jack (solid black). It may not be fancy enough for a wedding but we could see rocking this at a bachelorette party with ease. $44.99.

Fit & Flare Taffeta Mini Dress
Fit & Flare Taffeta Cami Mini Dress

This style looks good on a range of body types with its fitted bodice, flattering v-neck cut, and ruffly flared skirt which hits at mid-thigh. With so much of your stems showing, this is a great dress for showing off some strappy sandals or lace-up heels. Pictured here in Pink Floral this one would be great for a bridal brunch or baby shower. Also available in Black Jack and Navy Dots. $49.99.

Reviews

Several positive reviews have already hit the site for this dress. Several shoppers noted that this dress has pockets and a flattering shape.

Twist-Front Maxi Dress
Twist-Front Maxi Dress

The first of six maxi dresses, this one has a more formal look compared with the midis and two-piece. The neckline is high and the hem hits at the ankles for a modest look that seems appropriate for a range of events including weddings. The material is described as a “lustrous heavy-weight jersey,” and has a subtle sheen to it. Pictured here in Sedimentary, it also comes in Black Jack, Bright Coral, and Dusk Navy. $49.99

Reviews

Only one review so far noted the coral was more muted in person than in pictures and the material on the thicker side.

Waist-Defined Chiffon Maxi Dress
Waist-Defined Chiffon Maxi Dress

A simple option with scoop neck, spaghetti straps, and an extra-long tie belt to define the waist as much or as little as you like. This maxi is longer than other Old Navy maxi dresses so if you’re on the taller side or want to pair it with high heels you’re all set. The flowy chiffon makes for comfortable movement without sacrificing style. Pictured here in Black Floral, it also comes in Navy Dots. $54.99

Reviews

Only one review so far from a disappointed customer who found the dress was too long and described the color as “grayish navy.”

Off-Shoulder Ruffle Chiffon Maxi Dress

The ruffles and shoulder-baring cut of this dress make it a fun and feminine option. Depending on the formality this could easily be worn to everything from a bridal shower to the wedding itself. Pictured here in Pink Floral, it also comes in Black Floral. $59.99

Reviews

So far, reviews are mixed while some shoppers love the “butterfly” sleeves and ruffles, others found the dress loose-fitting and better for smaller busts.

Satin Cowl Maxi Dress
Satin Cowl Maxi Dress

This one strikes a balance between comfort and style with the cowl front, draped back, and adjustable ties allowing you to customize the fit. The slim fit and bias-cut make the dress move with the body – perfect for dancing at weddings or making your way around a dinner party. Pictured here in Navy Dots, the dress also comes in Champagne, Bright Coral, and Black Jack. $54.99

Reviews

Fans of the dress describe it as “flattering” and “elegant,” while one less happy customer said the dress didn’t hug her body properly.

Flutter-Sleeve Satin Maxi Dress

The shine of the satin and the feminine accent of the flutter sleeves make this our favorite of the bunch! The universal appeal of this dress makes it ideal for everything from a fancy anniversary dinner to an affordable bridesmaid option. Pictured here in Dusky Navy with tonal dots, it also comes in Bare Ground (earthy green) and Black Floral also with tonal dots. The texture on the solid colors is especially eye-pleasing without making the dress too noisy. $54.99

Reviews

A few reviews so far noted the need for static spray to keep the dress from clinging while several also called it “beautiful.”

Flutter-Sleeve Keyhole Satin Maxi Dress

This slinky number pairs the same shiny satin and flutter sleeves of the previous dress with a keyhole opening in the front held by a single button. Without the texture of the tonal dots, this one gives more of an evening gown feel for one of the most formal looks in the collection. Pictured here in Champagne, it also comes in Bright Coral and Black Jack. $65.99

Reviews

Only one review had hit the site as of this writing, but it was a glowing one! The shopper noted the well-made style and “expensive” look of the dress.
